Scope

These terms govern short-term rentals offered by LES GERANIUMS on this website.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once the requested payment (deposit or full amount) is received. Dates are held for 30 minutes during payment; after that the request is cancelled. Any balance is charged automatically before arrival according to the schedule shown at booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Prices and tourist tax

Prices include all taxes; the tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is itemised in the quote.

Cancellation

Default cancellation terms: cancellation at least 30 days before arrival: 100% refund ; cancellation at least 14 days before arrival: 50% refund. Property-specific terms are shown on each listing.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date.

Accessibility

The online booking service is designed to meet the accessibility requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (EN 301 549, WCAG 2.1 level AA). Details, known limitations and how to report a problem are on the website’s “Accessibility” page.
