Our commitment

LES GERANIUMS wants everyone to be able to browse its rentals, book and pay online, including with a screen reader, a keyboard only or enlarged display. This service follows Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act).

Standard

European standard EN 301 549, which includes WCAG 2.1 level AA.

How the service meets the requirements

Skip link and fully keyboard-operable navigation with a visible focus indicator. Availability calendar made of buttons announced in full by screen readers (date, availability). Labelled form fields, required fields marked, errors explained in plain words. Prices and messages announced automatically to assistive technologies. Compliant colour contrast and a layout that stays readable up to 400% zoom. Secure payment by Stripe, whose form follows the same rules.

Known limitations

Some property photos may only have a brief description. If any information is missing, contact us and we will provide it in another form (text, phone, email).

Report a problem

If you cannot access some content or complete a booking, contact us: via the website contact form. We will reply and help you complete your booking another way.

Remedies

If our reply does not satisfy you, you may report the issue to the DGCCRF (signal.conso.gouv.fr), the French authority that supervises service accessibility, or contact the Défenseur des droits (defenseurdesdroits.fr).
